A.J. Singletary specializes in all aspects of environmental and energy law, including assisting clients with matters related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
Before entering private practice, A.J. spent four years at the U.S. Department of Transportation where he coordinated climate change initiatives in the Office of the Secretary and also worked at Airlines for America, a trade association, where he focused on advancing environmental work critical to all major airlines.
Prior to joining Van Ness Feldman, A.J. spent two years at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he worked on critical land-use issues impacting a variety of energy clients, as well as environmental, technology, and transportation matters.
