Ansley represents national and international corporations on all aspects of employment law, including claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII, Fair Labor Standards Act, wage laws and torts. She often advises clients in administrative proceedings with particular experience in defending charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as with other state agencies.
Ansley graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. While attending law school, she served on the board of the Georgia State University Law Review as a legislation editor. She also worked as a teaching assistant for both the Lawyering Foundations program and for the Lawyering Advocacy program.
