Anne-Louise Mittal is a litigation attorney who excels at helping clients navigate complex legal issues. A member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, as well as the Appellate and Consumer Law, Finance & Class Action Practices, she represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract and warranty disputes, business tort actions, and consumer class actions. Anne-Louise has extensive experience handling dispositive motions and appeals in both state and federal court and has achieved favorable outcomes for clients in arbitration, on the pleadings, at summary judgment, and on appeal.
