Anne Benton Hucker is an associate in the Employment Disputes, Litigation and Arbitration practice group. Anne represents employers in a wide range of complex labor and employment-related matters, including in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Clients rely on Anne for her valuable legal counsel as they face sensitive workplace issues.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Anne served as a law clerk for The Honorable Ortrie Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Previously, she worked as Press Secretary for The Honorable Ike Skelton, Chairman, House Armed Services Committee, in Washington, D.C.
She attended the University of Missouri law school, where she was Senior Lead Articles Editor for the Missouri Law Review, was top oral advocate and top brief during Moot Court competition, and was a member of the National Arbitration Team. While at the University of Virginia, she was president of Chi Omega sorority.
