Andrew Cromer is a seasoned attorney with a wide variety of transactional legal experience, focusing his practice on real estate and general corporate matters, including many within the retail and hospitality sector. His experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of real estate documentation, including leases, amendments, licenses, subleases and more. Andrew’s experience also includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various general corporate documentation, such as operating agreements, stockholder agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements and equity incentive agreements.
Andrew is able to share a unique perspective with his clients, having worked on the business side for 4+ years, as Andrew was Shake Shack’s Associate General Counsel from 2015 – 2019.
