Amy Grewal Dunn resolves disputes and guides clients through the litigation process in state and federal courts and arbitration forums. She represents clients in commercial litigation, product liability litigation, insurance litigation and consumer litigation. She also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues and assists clients in responding to data breach incidents.
Amy also collaborates with companies in the health care and life sciences industry to navigate legal and compliance challenges and develop promotional and educational materials for prescription drug products.
Data Privacy and Cybersecurity
As a member of the firm’s privacy and cybersecurity team, Amy works closely with clients from various industries to evaluate their notification and reporting obligations under applicable privacy laws and regulations, both domestic and international. Amy also helps corporate clients prepare for and respond to privacy and cybersecurity-related incidents.
Consumer and Insurance Litigation
Amy defends financial and banking clients from claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). She also works with insurance companies, filing interpleaders on disputed claims.
Past Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Amy held a summer associate position at FaegreBD, where she researched and drafted legal memoranda in litigation and corporate law. She also gained experience through legal externships at the Indiana Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Rolls-Royce North America, and Eli Lilly and Company.
