Allison Scarlott’s wide-ranging practice spans from business and commercial litigation to bankruptcy and insolvency-related disputes. Whether representing plaintiffs, defendants, creditors or debtors, Allison’s energetic work ethic, focused analytical skills, and persuasive storytelling helps her achieve her client’s business goals.

Allison’s transactional and litigation practice has led her to represent a wide variety of clients, including higher education institutes, special servicers, unsecured creditors, and public companies. During law school, Allison tutored first-year students as a Dean's Writing Fellow and was active in the Protective Order Project, which assists domestic violence and stalking victims with obtaining projective orders. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she competed as a member of the women's varsity soccer team.
