Allison Saltstein is a law clerk in Cadwalader’s Financial Services Group. Her practice is focused on counseling investment advisors, hedge funds and other asset management firms on the formation, structuring and operation of a variety of alternative investment products, as well as on regulatory matters.
Allison received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Muhlenberg College.
