Alison B. Silverstein is the Managing Director of the Firm’s Discovery & Dispute Services division, based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a recognized industry expert in the analysis, negotiation and execution of data discovery for law firms and corporations. An experienced consultant, she has extensive knowledge of product strategy, data recovery, software development, operational techniques and recovery processes. She has provided a broad range of integrated discovery-management services to clients both nationally and internationally. Additionally, Alison has a 15 year track record of establishing and growing highly successful national business offerings for both private and public organizations, taking responsibility for development of business processes, marketing plans and new business.
