Alex Toney is a litigator who can try a case from voir dire to verdict. He recently first-chaired a case that resulted in his client being awarded punitive damages, statutory damages and attorneys’ fees. Alex routinely argues dispositive motions and relies on his background as a clerk for the Supreme Court of Texas to brief cases in state and federal courts of appeals.
He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Squire Patton Boggs Foundation, which promotes the role of public service and pro bono work in the practice of law and the development of public policy.
