During the trial Alex worked diligently in drafting numerous motions that ultimately were successful for this client at the trial level (appeal pending).
Previously Alex worked for a large Midwest law firm , where he counseled insurers in complex and high-exposure insurance coverage issues related to defective products, asbestos, mold, directors and officers, construction defect, environmental contamination, class actions, and mass torts. He also assisted in virtually all aspects of coverage litigation, including e-discovery and the drafting of dispositive and responsive motions.
Alex gained experience early in his career as a law clerk for the Honorable Christopher M. Murray in the Michigan Court of Appeals. In that role, he was instrumental in the preparation of judicial opinions and bench memos for a vast array of civil and criminal cases.
