Adam Tamzoke is an associate in the Corporate Group in Cadwalader's New York office. His practice is focused on complex corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate representation. In addition, Adam provides counsel on corporate governance, shareholder activism and defense, and takeover preparedness and defense matters. His experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, media, entertainment, energy, real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and biotech, transportation, asset management, consumer goods, and retail. Adam regularly advises a variety of foreign and domestic clients, including public and private companies, hedge funds, financial institutions, investment funds, and private equity firms.
Adam received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, his M.P.A. from Indiana University O’Neill School, and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
