On August 14, 2015, the West Virginia Division of Air Quality released General Air Permit G35-C for Natural Gas Compressor and/or Dehydration Facilities for comment. The public comment period will end September 14, 2015 at 5:00PM.

G35-C will replace G30-D and G35-A. Existing registrations under G30-D and G35-A will remain in place but no new or revised registrations will be accepted under G30-D or G35-A once G35-C is finalized.

Comments on G35-C should be sent to attention of Jerry William, P.E. at the WVDEP office in Charleston WV.
