January 30 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission called a special meeting on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the office of Chairman Al Hopkins in Gulfport, MS. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioner Jerry Griffith were in attendance. Commissioner Tom Gresham attended via teleconference. The following matter was considered:

SITE APPROVAL

The Mississippi Gaming Commission unanimously approved site approval for a 12-acre property on the old Kmart site north of U.S. 90 and east of Jeff Davis Avenue in Long Beach proposed by coast developer James Parrish and Long Beach Harbor Resort, LLC.
