The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Chairman Al Hopkins, Commissioner Tom Gresham and Commissioner Franc Lee were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Boyd Tunica, Inc., as an Operator 

• PDS Gaming-Mississippi, LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

• PDS Special Purpose I – Mississippi, LLC, as a Distributor 

• PDS Special Purpose II – Mississippi, LLC, as a Distributor

• PDS Special Purpose III – Mississippi, LLC, as a Distributor  

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

• Michael Knutsson – TCS John Huxley America, Inc. 

• Tristan Sjoberg – TCS John Huxley America, Inc.  

• Roberson Reeves – Premier Entertainment Biloxi, LLC and Premier Entertainment Vicksburg, LLC 

• James Ryan – Premier Entertainment Biloxi, LLC and Premier Entertainment Vicksburg, LLC 

• Glen Kapoosuzian – Reel Games, Inc.
