May 20 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham all participated. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Interblock d.d., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

• Interblock USA L.C., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

• MGM Resorts Mississippi, LLC, as an Operator

• Gulfside Casino Partnership d/b/a Island View Casino Resort, as an Operator

• Churchill Downs Interactive Gaming, LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

• GetMGM, LLC – Gary Allan Deutsch

• Sportradar Solutions, LLC – Alexander Gersh

OTHER APPROVALS

• Churchill Downs Interactive Gaming, LLC, as a Publicly Traded Company of Churchill Downs Interactive Gaming, LLC. 

• IGT – Transfer of the Equity Interests or Securities of De Agostini S.p.A.

• MGM Resorts Mississippi, LLC d/b/a Gold Strike Casino Resort and Beau Rivage Resort & Casino – Shelf Offering Approval
