March 21 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Chairman Franc Lee and Commissioner Kent Nicaud were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission had no licensing matters to consider.

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

• Chris Taylor Reagan – Glory Global Solutions, Inc.       
• Barak Matalon – Neogames Solutions, LLC
• Christine Noel Smith – American Gaming & Electronics, Inc. 

OTHER APPROVALS

The Commission approved the following additional items:

• IGT
  • Merger of Finvis S.r.l. with and into Value Partecipazioni S.r.l.
  • Transfer of the Equity interests and Securities of De Agostini S.p.A.
• Alesia Evans.
  • Unanimous approval for the issuance of a work permit.
• MGC No. 23-00113 (SD). The Commission declined to review the Hearing Examiner’s Decision regarding a player dispute hearing held and decision rendered on December 7, 2023, in Thelma Tinson vs. Beau Rivage Resorts, LLC d/b/a Beau Rivage Resort and Casino.
