The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Chairman Franc Lee and Commissioner Kent Nicaud were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

Licensing

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., as a Multi-Site Wide Area Progressive Operator 

• Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

• Las Vegas Dissemination, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

• Magnolia Hill, LLC d/b/a Riverwalk Casino Hotel., as an Operator 

Findings of Suitability

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:
