• On May 5, 2014 at 46 N.J.R. 739 and also at 46 N.J.R. 741, the Department of Human Services published notice of its proposed re-adoption of rules governing the Senior Gold Prescription Program.

• On May 5, 2014 at 46 N.J.R. 791, the Department of Human Services published notice of its adoption of new rules governing the implementation of the Medicaid Accountable Care Organization Demonstration Project.
