The decision in Koontz v. St. Johns River Water Management District, (Docket No. 11-1447) 570 U.S. __ (June 25, 2013) opens the door for developers, especially in California, to challenge unreasonable developmental impact fees and other improper conditions on development rights. This video update examines how the decision could be a boon to developers.
