The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office of the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham were in attendance. Chairman Al Hopkins was absent. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Coast Gaming Supply, Inc., as a manufacturer and distributor.

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved applications for findings of suitability for the following persons and entities:

• Hikara Izawa, President of JCM American Corporation d/b/a JCM Global

• Susan M. Foster, ‎Vice President of Operations of BSLO, LLC d/b/a Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast

• Bernadette L. Hanson, Senior Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer of BSLO, LLC d/b/a Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast and BTN, LLC d/b/a Boomtown Casino Biloxi

• James Lindsey Inman, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Gulfside Casino Partnership d/b/a Island View Casino Resort

• Melonie D. Johnson, General Manager of MGM Resorts Mississippi, Inc. d/b/a Gold Strike Casino Resort
