von Briesen & Roper, s.c., announced today the expansion of their Trusts and Estate Section with attorneys Reilly C. Kulas and Alexis J. Witte and Tax Specialist/Paralegal Ashley E. Ferus.

Reilly C. Kulas is an Associate in the Neenah office. She focuses her practice on estate planning and advising fiduciaries in trust and probate administrations. Kulas is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She received a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Norbert College.

Alexis J. Witte is an Associate in the Milwaukee office. She focuses her practice on trust planning, asset protection, tax planning, business formation and special needs trusts. Witte is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association and Association for Women Lawyers (AWL). She received a J.D. from Marquette University and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.

Ashley E. Ferus is a Tax Specialist/Paralegal in the Milwaukee office and an enrolled agent of the Internal Revenue Service. She focuses on income tax planning for individuals, trusts and estates and preparation of income tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships and corporations. She received an M.S. Professional Accountancy and a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
