Womble Bond Dickinson’s Scot Anderson has contributed as a co-editor to the latest OGEL (Oil, Gas & Energy Law) Special Issue. The Special Issue included an editorial, titled “International Energy and Investment Law Implications of the US Inflation Reduction Act”, was co-authored by T. Oyewunmi, A. Moronne, and F. Sourgens, alongside Anderson. 

The latest OGEL Special Issue explores the global impacts of the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) on energy and investment law.
