NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / July 14, 2025 / Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC disclosed that it suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal and protected health data of individuals. This data breach has led to concerns over the security of sensitive personal and protected health information entrusted to ISC.

WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?

On February 16, 2025, Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC became aware of a data security incident on a portion of its IT environment. Upon detection, ISC engaged external cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to ISC's environment between February 16 and February 19, 2025. ISC then conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised as well as identify the affected individuals.

These impacted files allegedly included sensitive personal information, including your name, in combination with one or more of the following: Social Security number and/or tax ID number, date of birth, driver's license or other government ID number, biometric data (fingerprint image or similar), and basic medical information provided to ISC in connection with an insurance application or claim.

On June 18, 2025, ISC identified the people whose sensitive data was included and began sending out notice letters. On July 3, 2025, ISC filed a notice with the Attorney General of California. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal information was compromised.
