The ICC International Court of Arbitration is inviting registrations for the 20th ICC New York Conference on International Arbitration, taking place in New York on 19 September 2025.
A highlight of this year’s programme is a two-part session on Awarding Costs: Pitfalls and Best Practices in Drafting Costs Decisions, offering delegates an inside look at how the ICC Court approaches scrutiny of draft awards. The session will begin with a live mock ICC Court scrutiny of a final award on costs, followed by a panel discussion on modern practices, common pitfalls, and evolving approaches to cost allocation in international arbitration.
The milestone 20th edition will bring together arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, and thought leaders from around the world to examine practical challenges and innovations across the field. Members of the ICC Court will also feature in the “ICYMI @ ICC DRS” session, sharing updates on ICC Rules revisions, research, and statistical trends.
The event concludes with a networking cocktail reception, providing opportunities for informal exchange with peers and arbitration experts.
