Womble Bond Dickinson is pleased to announce that Partner Greg Lawrence has been appointed to The West Liberty University Foundation Board of Directors. 

Lawrence is an alumnus of West Liberty University (’94), where he was Student Body President, Captain of the Wrestling Team, and President of the Delta Chi Fraternity. Currently, Lawrence is a partner in the firm’s Baltimore, D.C., and New York offices. He focuses his practice on representing individuals and companies in complex civil litigation, white-collar prosecutions, and regulatory matters on both national and international levels. Greg has achieved significant victories, including a rare defeat of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a high-profile securities fraud case. His talent and accomplishments have earned him recognition in both regulatory defense and private securities litigation. 

Greg has been designated a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation and AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He teaches securities regulations as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law and serves as Chair of the Business Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. 
Greg’s election to the Foundation Board affirms his enduring dedication to legal excellence and his continued engagement with the West Liberty University community.
