This program will unpack the California Privacy Protection Agency’s proposed privacy regulations, talk about the impact that the regulations would have on corporate privacy compliance programs, discuss areas in which companies should consider commenting, and consider how in-house counsel can prepare their companies for the upcoming changes. 

The presenters will be David A.
