Joined by Sumona DasGupta from UW Medicine, Polsinelli’s 340B ADR team and Sumona will walk through the newly revamped 340B Administrative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Final Rule and help Covered Entities understand the implications on their 340B Programs and ongoing disputes with drug manufacturers. 340B Covered Entities will be able to walk away with an idea of what Covered Entities should know about the Final Rule and how others plan to put the Final Rule to use.
We’ll also be covering what providers can do now to act quickly to submit ADR filings before HRSA faces a larger backlog of complaints. HRSA’s 340B ADR Final Rule will become effective on June 18th and HRSA has signaled they will be acting on the ADR filings once the Final Rule is effective.
