On July 9, President Biden issued his Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy. Among the more than 70 initiatives identified in the executive order is a direction to the Federal Trade Commission to review what may be done to limit the use of non-compete agreements and eliminate restrictive occupational licensing requirements.

Join Foley Partners Ben Dryden and Don Schroeder as they take a deeper dive into the Executive Order, what it means for employers, what authority the FTC might have to regulate noncompetes, and what to expect next.
