Navigating The EEO-1 Pay Data Requirements [WEBINAR]

The U.S. District Court for District of Columbia recently ordered the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to begin collecting 2017 and 2018 EEO-1 Component 2 pay data. According to the EEOC, covered employers must file this data by September 30, 2019. Businesses with at least 100 employees must file the EEO-1 Component 2 reports.
