Ryan Williams (Partner-Denver, CO) and Wendy Testa (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) will present a Wilson Elser Forum webinar on February 27, 2025, on “Emerging Professional Exposures for Contractors.” The exposures that construction professionals face have become more complicated due to changes over the past decade such as alternative project delivery systems, clients’ demands for added value, expansion of their role on a project, and significant pressures related to project scheduling and costs. These and other issues have forced construction professionals to significantly increase their ability to manage risk – in the field, in negotiating and contracting, and when procuring coverage and/or trying to transfer risk to others.
