Polsinelli attorneys will provide a detailed summary and analysis of new regulatory definitions, exceptions, and safe harbors designed to promote value-based arrangements. In the second webinar of this series, Polsinelli attorneys will address modifications to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute resulting from HHS and CMS’s Regulatory Sprint. Among other things, this presentation will cover changes to major Stark Law defined terms, new Anti-Kickback Statute safe harbors, and changes in agency interpretation of existing rules.
