Jonathan Meer will present another in his series of webinars for directors and officers (D&Os), this one on the importance of privacy at the local, state, federal and international levels. He will discuss the 2024 privacy laws and why these laws, combined with the protection of customer data, are paramount for D&Os.

Jonathan will suggest best practices to consider going forward and review some of the issues that insurance adjusters and underwriters face when writing D&O policies, as well as how to approach privacy claims related to D&O exposure.
