2016 Spectrum Update

Join Keller and Heckman attorney Greg Kunkle on Thursday, February 11, 2016 for an update on Spectrum at the FCC. A number of changes are coming to FCC spectrum policy during 2016.  The FCC will hold its Broadcast Incentive Auction and will continue to implement a new framework for the 3.5 GHz band.  In addition, new rules for fixed telemetry units in the 173 MHz band will take effect and changes may be coming for the 800 and 900 MHz land mobile bands.  This webinar will detail those issues and also explore the current state of the secondary market for spectrum, highlighting bands of potential interest for critical infrastructure companies.
