Lori Lustrin is a general commercial litigator and an Associate with Bilzin Sumberg, and she was recognized as a 2019 National Law Review Go-To Thought Leader for her content on big food litigation, examining complex class action and antitrust issues. She’s produced significant content around food law and regluation, including how blockchain can impact food industry litigation and how Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) can come into play in these cases. Her articles have informed National Law Review readers of pork, beef and salmon price-fixing, plant-based protein issues, and a vineyard-marijuana grower dispute, among other important cases.
