Matthew Lin counsels health care clients on transactional and regulatory matters. Matt’s practice draws on his understanding of the unique and rapidly-developing legal risks facing members of the health care industry. Before joining Polsinelli, Matt worked as a white collar investigations and litigation associate at an international law firm. His work there involved matters critical to the health care industry, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Federal and California False Claims Acts, health care fraud, the California Knox Keene Act, and the Controlled Substances Act. Matt also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing asylum seekers through the immigration process and counseling small businesses on contract matters.
During law school, Matt externed with the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. He also served on the boards of the Harvard Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project.
