Meg Beasley represents clients across a wide range of industries in federal and state courts. She provides counsel in diverse matters including white collar defense, complex commercial disputes, environmental claims, government investigations, and securities litigation. Her experience includes engaging with the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
As pro bono counsel, Meg represents incarcerated petitioners before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as petitioners seeking asylum in Immigration Court.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Meg served as law clerk to S. Bernard Goodwyn, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
