Jeffrey represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, denial of family and medical leaves, and wage-and-hour violations. Jeffrey also represents corporate clients in complex wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions.
Jeffrey’s practice also focuses on sports-related investigations and arbitrations. He has participated in several compliance related investigations involving United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee sport governance related matters.
In addition, Jeffrey has served as a clerk in an American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration brought by the US Anti-Doping Agency.
