Attorney Eric Emanuelson counsels multi-state employers on all facets of employment law, with an eye towards minimizing risk and achieving optimal workplace outcomes. Eric’s practice focuses on litigating employment discrimination matters, wage and hour compliance, and employment training, practices, and procedures. He is on the firm’s Coronavirus Working Group and COVID-19 Compliance team.
Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Eric worked as a Legal Intern at the General Counsel’s Office of the largest labor union representing federal government employees. He also served as a Legislative Aide to Connecticut State Senator Edward Meyer.
Eric received his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law (WCL), where he was the Senior Articles Editor – Recent Developments for the Administrative Law Review and a student attorney at the WCL Criminal Justice Clinic – Defense. He graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
