Well folks I have returned from arbitration and wanted to provide you with my at-a-glance comparison of the pending “robocall” statutes currently pending in Congress that aim to modify the TCPA.

You have already enjoyed my definitive reviews of the TRACED Act and the Stopping Bad Robocalls Act, but I’ve agreed to let Law360 carry my key cross-comparison of the two bills. That will run this week– keep an eye out for it.
