Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report: January 21 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, January 21, at 9:00 a.m. by videoconference. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham all participated. The following matters were considered:

Licensing

The Commission did not consider any requests for approval for the issuance of a license.

Findings of Suitability

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons:

  • Harry C. Hagerty, III, Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy Gaming, Inc.

  • Sankara Narayanan, Stadium Technology Group, LLC

  • Jaymin Balvantbhai Patel, Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC and Premier Entertainment Vicksburg, LLC

Other Approvals

The Commission approved the following:

  • Ainsworth Game Technology Limited and Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc.

    • Pledges of equity interests or securities

    • Imposition of equity restrictions including negative equity pledges

  • Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC d/b/a Silver Slipper Casino

    • Pledges of equity interests or securities

    • Imposition of equity restrictions including negative equity pledges

  • End of Other Approvals
