The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) published new fee schedule for immigration and naturalization benefit requests. The fee schedule was last adjusted on November 23, 2010. The rule is in effect for applications or petitions mailed, postmarked, or otherwise filed on or after December 23, 2016. The fee increase is an average of 21 percent.
