Mexico is a party to the following anti-corruption conventions:
- United Nations Convention against Corruption;
- Inter-American Convention against Corruption, under the Organisation of American States (OAS); and
- OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
