BREAKING: Lindenbaum Decided Against Creasy–Effort to Disqualify Judge Fails

The district court is reversed. Creasy is rejected. The TCPA can be enforced during timeframes that the government-backed debt exemption seemingly existed.

Notably, the Court denied the Defendant’s effort to disqualify one of the sitting judges after oral argument:

ORDER filed: The motion seeking Judge Stranch’s recusal [78] is DENIED. Julia Smith Gibbons, Jane Branstetter Stranch, and John K. Bush, Circuit Judges. (CL)
