Jeff Barnes is a Shareholder and Litigation Manager in the Houston office of Jackson Lewis P.C.  Mr. Barnes is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in a variety of employment law matters, and has obtained victories for his clients in lawsuits involving allegations of race, age, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, FLSA misclassification, defamation, FMLA violations, and breach of contract.
