Jeremy represents health care clients undergoing inquiries, audits, or investigations by state and federal government authorities and defends clients in litigation arising under the Medicare and Medicaid programs and the False Claims Act. He also advises clients on health care law and policy issues, such as Medicaid/Medi-Cal program certification and licensing, as well as compliance with data and health care privacy laws (including HIPAA, CMIA, and the HITECH Act).
