Yanai has over twenty years experience as corporate counsel and senior management for a regional durable goods distribution company, concurrent with over thirty years of experience as an IT professional in software design and development, and computer operations and support. Yanai received a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University, an MBA from Rutgers University in Newark, and a JD from Rutgers-Camden Law School. Yanai is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Association of Information Privacy Professionals.
