She has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, corporate regulatory, employment and workplace safety, and a range of aspects of corporate matters and commercial transactions. Her practice also involves regulatory and compliance advice on pharmaceuticals and medical devices, foreign NGOs with presence in China as well as data privacy and cybersecurity.
