Vincent J. Marriott III is Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr's Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery Group. Vince has lead teams of Ballard Spahr attorneys assisting in the representation of major bondholders in the Chapter 9 bankruptcy proceedings of Detroit and San Bernardino. Vince is also experienced in representing corporate and other types of commercial businesses, financial institutions and trade creditors, and acquirers of distressed assets in the areas of corporate finance, workouts and reorganizations, recapitalizations, and asset purchases and sales, both inside and outside of insolvency proceedings. Vince has extensive experience representing secured lenders, trade creditors and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
