Scott has extensive experience representing companies in a number of different industries, with a primary focus on the life sciences industry, in a wide range of corporate transactions, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations. He also regularly advises entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and investors across all industries in connection with entity formations, equity and debt financings, and paths to liquidity events.
